MOMO Bebekoy Restaurant’s Menu Is Sustainable, Seasonal and Delicious
Since its opening in 2019, MOMO Bebeköy has been leading the food and beverage scene in Istanbul and offers restaurant, bar and club services. MOMO is located in an old stone building in the middle of the city, away from the chaos of Istanbul, in a lush forest area.
Inspired by the book of the same name by famous German author Michael Ende, MOMO aims to make time valuable for its guests and to make them enjoy the moment, as described in the book. Creating its own regular audience with its kitchen, bar and entertainment, MOMO offers a modern “social club” experience.
MOMO, which stands out with its food, is entrusted its cousine in to the hands of the talented chef Mert Şeran. The menu, prepared using seasonal and compatible products, is renewed every season. In the menu where sustainability is at the forefront, in addition to classic MOMO flavors, brand new plates take their place in the winter menu.
In addition to indispensable sharing plates; Kobe Beef Katsu Sando, Spicy Grilled Shrimp, Veal Milanese, Duck Gyoza, Artichoke & Avocado Salad, Shaved Raw Artichoke and Rösti are among the must-try flavours from the winter menu. The flavour of the pizzas, which are made with two different sourdoughs, is immediately noticeable.
