What was your favorite toy that you still remember from your childhood? Why?
My favorite toy was Action Man. The reason I liked him the most was that he could do more than one thing! He could both skate and glide on a tightrope. My mom says I look like him now because I used to look at him all the time when I was a kid.
What is your dressing style?
Actually, I don’t want to be unfair to others by choosing just one style. I can wear anything that comes to my mind, which is mostly based on my daily mood. But I can say that I love colorful clothes a lot.
What is the coolest piece in your wardrobe?
A vintage mustard yellow jacket. I’m trying to find a similar one now but haven’t found it yet!
What is your grooming routine every morning?
A sliced cucumber in the mornings is quite powerful enough to take down the tiredness under my eyes. Apart from that, I use a vegan skin mask a few times a week and drink lots of water.
If there is any style icon you follow, who is it and why?
I follow Jon Kortajarena and I really like his style and his work.
What is your favorite decorative object in your house?
The Indian dish, which was a gift from a friend, that looks authentic and has an impressive sound. My guests always want to try it but no one have succeeded to use it properly at first try.
Which neighborhood in Istanbul is your favorite one? Why?
I love Besiktas, the neighborhood I live in. Although I sometimes complain that it is too crowded, I am happy to be close to most of the places I go to have fun.
What is your favorite place in İstanbul? Why?
I like the Grand Pera Hotel very much. Its old and pristine texture really makes me feel like living during those past years… In addition to this, knowing the fact that Agatha Christie wrote her book the ‘Murder on the Orient Express‘ when she was staying there, definitely adds a different atmosphere.
What was the coolest country, city or place to have the best fun ever? What did you do?
The most amazing city I’ve been so far is definitely Barcelona. Beautiful bulding structures and incredible city layout were just magnificent. Not to mention the fact that there are a lot of beaches just right in the city center! Even though I could not swim because I was afraid that some folks might steal my bag, I still enjoyed the beachside all day long.
